DMCA Takedown

Last updated: 2026-05-22

Success at HS respects copyright. If you believe content uploaded to the platform infringes on your copyright, you can request a takedown under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to file a notice

Send an email to 29pardhananij@sagehillschool.org with the following:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim is infringed
  2. The exact URL of the infringing content on Success@HS (e.g. https://successaths.com/notes/abc-123)
  3. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email
  4. The statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
  5. The statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

What happens next

We typically remove infringing content within 48 hours of receiving a complete and valid notice. We'll notify the user who uploaded it. Repeat infringers' accounts will be terminated.

Counter-notices

If your upload was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or unauthorized, you can file a counter-notice to the same email. Include the original URL, your contact info, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court where you live.

Active exam questions

We do not knowingly host current AP exam questions, FRQs from unreleased exams, or other College Board secure materials. If you find any, please report immediately to 29pardhananij@sagehillschool.org and we will remove it without requiring a formal DMCA notice.

Misuse

Filing false takedowns can result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please verify your claim before submitting.
