1. The deal

Success at HS ("Success@HS", "we", "us") is a free platform where high school students upload and share study notes for AP courses. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the site.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13; if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

3. Your account

You're responsible for everything that happens on your account. Keep your password private. Don't impersonate other people or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

4. What you can upload

Notes you create yourself, or notes you have the right to share. Don't upload:

• Copyrighted material you don't own (textbooks, paid prep materials, College Board exam questions)
• Personal information about others (full names, addresses, IDs)
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or sexually explicit content
• Malware, spam, or illegal content
• Anything you wouldn't want a teacher or college admissions officer to see

You keep ownership of what you upload, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and create thumbnails of your content so the platform can function.

5. Academic honesty

Success@HS is a study aid. Copying notes verbatim onto your own assignments, or sharing answers to active exam questions, is cheating. Your school's academic integrity policy still applies. We're not responsible for what you do with the notes you find here.

6. Moderation

We can remove any content, suspend any account, or change the platform at any time for any reason. We don't pre-review uploads; if you see something that violates these terms, email 29pardhananij@sagehillschool.org or use the DMCA process below.

7. Pricing

The platform is free. There are no subscriptions, no upsells, and no "Pro" tier. If that ever changes, current users will be notified in advance.

8. No warranty

The platform is provided "as is". Notes are user-generated and may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or any particular AP score outcome. Use at your own risk.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Success@HS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is capped at $100.

10. Changes

We can update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll post a notice on the homepage. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the new terms.
